These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of digital and physical products offered on the ugohair.com website. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

3. Digital Products

3.1 Description

We offer downloadable PDF educational guides. Key product features are presented on each product page.

3.2 Downloading

After payment confirmation, the customer immediately receives a download link by email. The link remains active and allows for multiple downloads.

3.3 Intellectual Property

All content (text, illustrations, graphics) in these guides is protected by copyright. Purchase grants a right of personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

3.4 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied immediately after purchase with the prior agreement of the consumer.

4. Physical Products (coming soon)

4.1 Delivery

Delivery times and costs will be clearly indicated during the ordering process. We are committed to shipping products within the stated timeframe.

4.2 Returns and Refunds

For physical products, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their packaging.

Prices are listed in euros (EUR) or Canadian dollars (CAD), inclusive of all taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is placed.
